McKarl’s Libations is the manifestation of Matthew McIntyre & Sarah Karl and their dreams. We are both bartenders out of the Saint Augustine/Jacksonville area. We have over 25 years combined in the F&B industry. We also have both bartended at different places of business including, restaurants, dive bars, Irish pubs, & craft cocktail bars. We loved all aspects of the job including hospitality, craft, dive, coworkers, food, and the connections you make with guests.
We felt like we could give our guests an elevated experience on our own terms so we decided to start McKarl’s Libations during COVID. We have been published in a local newspaper and have worked several events for local companies around NorthEast Florida since then. Our company specializes in curating custom menus for your next get together, wedding, company party, baby shower (we offer non alcoholic options!) etc! We also offer virtual cocktail classes, in person cocktail classes, spirit tastings, food and spirit pairings, and consultation for restaurants & bars. We are making a book for our next venture! We are excited for our future, excited to work with Bardtenders!
