TURN THE CLOCK BACK TO 2010…

After spending my youth in the Bahamas, moving to Seattle was a big culture shock. The epicenter of grunge and alternative music was so much to take in for a young Caribbean musician. Having been a bass player since I was 10 years old, picking up a guitar at 14 was easy. Knowing nobody in a new place provided me with the perfect setting to grow roots as a songwriter. Progressing through high school and in and out of various bands, wanting to play shows was the natural next step. At 17 I started building my following as a singer/songwriter - slowly, but surely - playing any show I could book from coffeehouses to weddings.

Working through my first few years of college as a musician was eye opening, and the fiscal demands of life opened my eyes to the business potential being a musician holds. By the time I was ready to transfer to a University in Florida, I hit the ground running with the same professionalism that Seattle necessitates. I was quickly able to gain a strong foothold in the north-central Florida music scene, and found people increasingly more receptive to my craft.

Since 2016 I have been working as a musician based out of Gainesville, Florida. Currently, I play shows as far south as Miami and as far north as Raleigh, NC. My reach is quickly expanding and I hope to soon have the ability to take extended tours across country. I specialize in Weddings and Events, and am also working on producing an album. I firmly believe that the best part about music is that it’s the one language everybody understands, and that the connections it breeds are unparalleled. I hope you enjoy what you hear, and if you’re considering me for your show of any kind, don’t hesitate to reach out. Cheers!
